I started my art journey very late in life, but I have learned more than I could have imagined from an art mentor friend, a few courses, my artist brother, videos, books, and my own desire to learn and experiment with different subjects, mediums, colors and styles. Thanks also to my wife, Nancy, for her encouragement and support.
Mediums that I work with include watercolor, pastel, gouache, and acrylic. In 2024 I hope to explore the world of oils. As you can see by my work below, I’m comfortable with landscapes, still life, and abstract. It’s my wish that you will find some of my works to be as engaging, interesting, or challenging as I do. Being considered an artist is one of the great pleasures of my life.
Most of my work is for sale either as is or with a mat and/or custom frame. A few are not for sale and are so indicated. Click on the small “i” in the circle at the bottom of each painting to get more details.
